My story

Hello! My name is Yiğithan Bulat, and my interest in the world of software began at the age of 14. I have been involved in numerous projects and have had the opportunity to work with various corporate companies. Now, I would like to share this exciting journey with you.

I took my first step into the software world at otelfiyat.com, an e-commerce company operating in the tourism sector. This experience was a turning point for me and greatly contributed to the development of my software skills. Subsequently, I had the chance to work at İzmir Technology and Innovation Inc., a subsidiary company responsible for all technology-related affairs of İzmir Metropolitan Municipality. Working there exposed me to advanced technologies and allowed me to take myself to the next level.

Thanks to these valuable experiences, I have made significant progress in the software world. However, in 2023, I embarked on a new phase of my life and officially entered the world of politics. I became a candidate for the Ankara 1st Region Member of Parliament from the Republican People's Party. Throughout this process, I have decided to work to be an example for young people and amplify their voices.

I also want to mention that I come from an educational background. My great-grandfather is İsmail Hakkı Tonguç, who is the founder of village institutes in Turkey. His pioneering work in teaching and education has always been an inspiration for me. Following in his footsteps, I aspire to make a positive impact on society and contribute to the preparation of young people for the future through my work in the fields of education and technology.

As a 23-year-old individual, I am determined to continue both my professional and political life with dedication. My greatest aim is to merge my accomplishments in the software industry with the political arena and work for the future of young people. I will do my utmost to inspire young individuals, assist them in discovering their potential, and contribute to the future of Turkey.

The experiences and knowledge I have gained in this journey further motivate me. I aim to integrate my software skills into my political endeavors and work for the benefit of my country.
